Where Functionality Meets Beauty
Infrared saunas may increase sweating, which releases more toxins from the body.
Owning an infrared sauna allows you to give yourself a spa experience right at home!
Uncomplicated and complete instructions come with all our pre-fabricated sauna kits.
The infrared heater warms your body directly, not just the air around you.
Infrared saunas are better for longer sessions and people with low heat tolerance.
Built for one or two people at a time, the sauna won’t need much space.
What is an Infrared Sauna?
An infrared sauna uses infrared lamps to heat your body directly, penetrating the skin to warm you from the inside. This may cause more release of toxins and salts from your body than a traditional sauna. For comparison, a traditional sauna uses wet or dry heat to warm the air around you, heating your body from the outside.
We offer different voltage ranges for your infrared sauna kit, from 110v to 240v.
Why Install Infrared Sauna at Home?
Having your own infrared sauna at home allows you to take a sauna bath anytime you desire with very little effort! Whether you live in a house or apartment, their compact size is perfect for any home.
Infrared saunas operate at lower temperatures than traditional saunas, making them ideal for people with lower heat tolerances. The lower heat requirements mean infrared saunas are more cost-effective than traditional saunas, and the electric lamps are easy for anyone to operate.

Benefits Using an Infrared Sauna
The benefits of using an infrared sauna may include:
Infrared Sauna Features
Our infrared sauna pre-fabricated kits include step-by-step instructions for easy self-assembly upon delivery. The assembly should take around 6-8 hours, depending on the person’s skills and abilities. Please note installation of the infrared lamps and electrical components for the sauna must only be done by a licensed electrician.
High-Quality Tempered Glass Windows
We only use tempered glass for all infrared sauna windows and doors to ensure you receive a high-quality and reliable product. Tempered glass is four times stronger than regular glass, so you won’t need to worry about cracking or breaking. Just in case of breakage, though, tempered glass shatters into small circular pieces instead of sharp, jagged shards to keep you safe.
5 Years Manufacturer’s Warranty
To help you feel confident with your purchase, we offer a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty on all infrared saunas. This includes any defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use from the original end-user consumer’s receipt of the product. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance, misuse, or negligence of the sauna. Please note that if an electrician does not handle all electrical components of the sauna, the warranty will be voided. Consult warranty conditions or contact our team for further details and assistance.

Infrared Sauna FAQ
Remember to drink plenty of water before and after your infrared sauna sessions. Try to keep sessions under 30 minutes up to 8 times per month, and consult your doctor for more personalized treatment recommendations. To ensure your body is evenly warmed, remain in a seated position 10 to 15 centimeters from the heating elements. Use skin care products like oils and creams after your sessions to cleanse your skin of impurities. Remember to clean your sauna after every session or at least once a week.
The main difference between infrared and traditional saunas is the temperature. Traditional saunas have to be considerably warmer because they heat the air, which then warms the bather. Since the infrared lamps heat your body directly, warming the air expends only 20% of the lamps’ energy. Bathers with lower heat tolerances benefit from the infrared sauna’s cooler temperature and still receive very similar results.
Infrared saunas may cause more sweating than traditional saunas, so you should shower after each session with cold water to clean your skin and close your pores. You can also benefit from a shower before your session to remove any bacteria or impurities from your body.
